Star Trek Online Multi Vector Assault Mode

Just got t5 assault ship was curious how I get a multi Vector console to use that ability I am playing on the Xbox One. July 2017 in Star Trek Online General Discussion. If X Box is anything like PC, you'll need to buy the Prometheus Class ship from the Z Store, which comes with the Multi Vector Assault Mode console 'I fight for.

And just as a beginner thing I wanted to get non-fleet Antiproton Dual Beam Banks Mk XII. However, I can't seem to find any. I searched on the exchange and only found Voth Antiproton and Herald Antiprotons. So I am kind of at a loss at what to do. I could do that one Borg mission that rewards you with a Mk XI one, but I don't feel like grinding that single mission 5 times.

Is there any way to get an Antiproton Dual Beam Bank Mk XII without getting the fleet version? If not that's a shame. Any information relating to the subject is appreciated. Craft a bunch mk 2 weapons and then use the ones which have proper mods on them. Ideally a combination of CrtD, PEN, DMG though the more CrtD (like x2 or x3) the better.
